समुदाय-अधिग्रहित निमोनिया एक संक्रामक रोग है जो मुख्य रूप से संक्रामक एरोसोल बूंदों के साँस लेने के माध्यम से फैलता है। ये बूंदें मुख्य रूप से छींकने और खांसने से हवा में निकलती हैं।

रोगज़नक़ों

स्ट्रेप्टोकोकस निमोनिया समुदाय-अधिग्रहित निमोनिया के लिए जिम्मेदार सबसे आम जीवाणु रोगजनकों में से एक है। सीएपी के लिए अन्य जीवाणु रोगजनकों में शामिल हैं:

लक्षण:

छाती में रक्त संचय
उच्च बुखार

इलाज:

समुदाय-अधिग्रहित निमोनिया का उपचार मुख्य रूप से रोगज़नक़ के प्रकार पर निर्भर करता है। जीवाणु समुदाय-अधिग्रहित निमोनिया के लिए, एंटीबायोटिक्स उपचार का सामान्य कारण हैं। कवक समुदाय-अधिग्रहित निमोनिया के लिए, ऐंटिफंगल दवाएं दी जाती हैं। वायरल कम्युनिटी-अक्वायर्ड न्यूमोनिया के मामले में, सांस लेने की चिकित्सा के साथ एंटीवायरल दवाओं की सिफारिश की जाती है। विभिन्न रोगाणुरोधी दवाओं के साथ, बुखार और दर्द को कम करने के लिए दवाएं भी दी जाती हैं। खांसी को शांत करने और गले को आराम देने के लिए आमतौर पर कफ सिरप का उपयोग किया जाता है।
