How to Come under an MPSA

At first, a purchasing account should be created. Three types of Purchasing Accounts are commercial, academic, and governmental. For Governmental Purchasing Accounts, some eligibility criteria available on Microsoft’s licensing page should be met. The customer here is a legal entity called Agreement Administrator. This party has to associate its purchasing account with MPSA. The customer party has the right to terminate the association of the Purchasing Account with MPSA or MPSA itself at any time.

Procurement

For any procurement, an organization has to register for the Business Centre by setting up an account on the Business Centre & Resources page. Depending on the Purchasing Account and number of licenses, a point is assigned that acts as a reference to the price-level adjustment.
