एसएमसी (SMC) का फुल फॉर्म

2009 में शिक्षा का अधिकार अधिनियम के तहत स्कूल प्रबंधन समिति का गठन किया गया था। भारतीय शिक्षा प्रणाली, विशेष रूप से सरकारी स्कूलों के प्रबंधन में इसकी प्रमुख भूमिका है। एसएमसी विकेंद्रीकृत शासन है जो उन्हें पूरे भारत में स्कूलों के कामकाज पर नज़र रखने और यह सुनिश्चित करने की अनुमति देता है कि स्कूल अनुदान का प्रभावी ढंग से उपयोग करता है। स्कूल प्रबंधन समिति में स्थानीय प्राधिकरण, प्रधानाचार्य और शिक्षक, माता-पिता या अभिभावक (एसएमसी के तीन-चौथाई सदस्य) शामिल हैं। स्कूल विकास योजना (एसडीपी) एसएमसी का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण घटक है। इसमें वर्ष-वार अनुमानित नामांकन, उपकरण की कोई अतिरिक्त आवश्यकता और कोई वित्तीय आवश्यकता शामिल है।

स्कूल प्रबंधन समिति की भूमिका:

  • त्रि-वार्षिक स्कूल विकास योजनाओं को तय करने में एसएमसी की बहुत महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका है
  • यह भारत में हर स्कूल और राज्य के लिए वार्षिक कार्य योजना भी विकसित करता है।
  • आरटीई अधिनियम एसएमसी में माता-पिता की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका बताता है।
  • माता-पिता का लक्ष्य अपने बच्चों की बेहतर शिक्षा के लिए स्वामित्व विकसित करना है। और इसलिए, यह देश भर के स्कूलों के प्रदर्शन को बेहतर बनाने में मदद करता है।
  • एसएमसी का उद्देश्य स्कूलों का पूर्ण विकास करना
  • एसएमसी यह सुनिश्चित करते हैं कि स्कूलों में बेहतरीन बुनियादी ढांचा, वित्त प्रबंधन और छात्रों की समान भागीदारी हो।

स्कूल प्रबंधन समिति के कार्य:

  1. स्कूलों के कामकाज पर नजर
  2. स्कूल विकास योजना (एसडीपी) की तैयारी, कार्यान्वयन और निगरानी
  3. भारत सरकार/स्थानीय प्राधिकारियों द्वारा अनुमोदित अनुदानों का समुचित उपयोग सुनिश्चित करना।
  4. एसएमसी को समय-समय पर ऐसा करने का आदेश दिए जाने पर भूमिकाओं और कार्यों को करना चाहिए।
